How supervision works

The initial session focuses on getting to know you and understanding your role, strengths, challenges, experience, interests and future goals. This helps identify your needs and priorities. Whether you are seeking case consultation, reflective practice, professional development or support with complex situations, supervision provides a confidential space to gain perspective, enhance your skills, strengthen your practice and build confidence in your work.

What to expect from us:

  • Monthly one-to-one meetings organised by us
  • Confidential and supportive discussion
  • Sessions tailored to your role and needs
  • Time to reflect, problem-solve, and develop your practice

If you choose to proceed, we will arrange the assessment appointment and send the relevant documentation.

Supervision options:

  • Face-to-face supervision – providing dedicated time for in-depth reflection, consultation and professional development.
  • Online supervision – offering accessible and convenient support for practitioners working across different locations or hybrid teams.
  • Walking supervision – Walking supervision combines reflective practice with the physical and psychological benefits of being outdoors. It offers space to gain perspective, improve wellbeing, and explore challenges in a different environment
